The best words I can use to describe Eric is diligent, punctual, conscientious, detail orientated, persevering, tireless, patient, helpful, intuitive...did I mention patient? This was a long haul compounded by this virus that turned everything normal completely upside down, but Eric was a beacon and never wavered in his effort to help me find my Mom's forever home. He consistently provided us with reliable resources and was instrumental in making arrangements for us to have qualified inspectors and journeymen facilitate the required investigations that were needed for us to make a sound decision and all with a smile. Right down to the closing, furnishing me with all the necessary documents, names and numbers of the utility companies we needed to solicit and secure for the next phase of me helping my Mom moving in. You will truly be in the best care.

I would give her 100 stars if I could. I had to sell a home from out of town. I visited once and we met, instantly knew she was the realtor for me and never had to go back. She took care of everything and even went above and beyond to help fix some of the small things needed to move the contract forward. She answered all my questions and really made it super easy for me to get the sale. The market it turning but she found the right buyer and we sold much faster and for more than I expected.
