We originally met with Phyllis to discuss selling my dad’s house. We toured dad’s house and came back to our house to discuss dad’s house. Once at our house she suggested selling our house first. She said it would sell fast and we should start packing now. I thought she was wrong but agreed since she was the realtor. We had an acceptable offer within 3 weeks. She worked with us on finding a new house, but no luck. She set up the closing, and even helped us pack and move all of our belongings. We moved in my dad’s house and decided to wait until spring to get a new house but one Sunday morning on the way to church, we saw a for sale sign. We called Phyllis and she met us there and we made a successful offer which she carried it all the way through the closing. She will be our realtor when we sell my dads house.
