We had to sell our home during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic from across the country after the home had been a rental for several years and our renters decided to vacate the property. She completed an initial walk through to provide suggestions for needed repairs, assisted with connecting us with contractors to complete the repairs and upgrades, and had a wonderful eye for assiting with aesthetic choices to appeal to buyers.
