My experience buying a home with Susan was absolutely superb. You can tell when you're having a conversation and the other person is actually listening and absorbing what you're saying. Susan was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially navigating a series of sewer re-inspections on a home with a troublesome seller. She stayed on top of all the communication and got me the resources I needed to evaluate the plumbing situation. That deal fell through (blame the sewer), but the next house was a winner and Susan was an excellent guide through the paperwork and process.
