Different Level of Service than Other Realtors

My experience buying a home with Susan was absolutely superb. I was referred to her via an industry contact, and from our first phone call I could tell Susan was providing a different level of service than other realtors I'd worked with. She started by interviewing me, and she asked all the right questions to understand the type of neighborhoods and home features I was after. You can tell when you're having a conversation and the other person is actually listening and absorbing what you're saying. Susan was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially navigating a series of sewer re-inspections on a home with a troublesome seller. She stayed on top of all the communication and got me the resources I needed to evaluate the plumbing situation. That deal fell through (blame the sewer), but the next house was a winner and Susan was an excellent guide through the paperwork and process. I always felt like she was 100% on my side and actively helping move things forward. I highly HIGHLY recommend working with Susan.
