Paul and his staff was very helpful and considerate with the sale of this property. The sale was fast and easy to go through. Everything was explained ahead of time and all that was needed was a signature to close.

On 11/30/2023 when Paul knew my intention to sell my home in Ypsilanti, he called me immediately and provided me some good information. Then he followed me by testing and emails. When he knew my decision to sell the home on 6/25/2024, he immediately contacted me and made an appointment with me to see me in my home where I was painting and repairing. On 7/2/2024, he visited me in my home and provided me some good advice on my renovation. When I finished the renovation, he immediately sent his photographer to take pictures and made my home online for sale on 7/21 which is Sunday! The next day (7/22), he welcomed 5 showings. On 7/25 from 5pm to 7pm, he had an open house and welcomed 8 showings. The next day (7/26), we received an offer and the home was sold in only 5 days after it came to the market. Yesterday (8/22/2024), we successfully closed this sale. I really appreciate Paul's professional experience and excellent support!

Paul was great to work with on our house purchase. For appointments he was always on time or early. He got back to me immediately with a call or text on all questions.
