My experience with Lisa Taitel changed my opinion of realtors totally. I had a house to sell, that was going to be a hard sell due to its unusual reverse floor plan. It needed work, as it had been a rental. Lisa quided me and referred workers to help. She advised me on what to concentrate my money and efforts on. The house was finished on a Friday. I thought it would take another week to advertise an open house. She literally threw herself into getting the house sold and had an open house the next day with just putting up signs and no obvious advertising. I was so shocked. She is knowledgeable, eager and fun to work with. I highly recommend her if you need a realtor!!!!
