December 13, 2025 Dawn Beaudoin was our Real Estate agent, representing us for the sale of our mothers’ residence in rural Washougal, Washington in May 2025. Dawn provided valuable input regarding minor improvements which would enhance salability. She found us competitive bids almost immediately. We appreciated that she made sure we understood the sales processes in detail and kept us informed of developments as they happened. Dawn followed through immediately in every instance on every issue, effectively overseeing the Escrow Service provider, ensuring that they didn’t falter during the sale and closing process. Dawn Beaudoin provided us with excellent and complete agency service. We recommend her as “Excellent” and without reservation. --Lauri Dayton and Denise Myers
