We had a buyer within a week but they didn't fulfill their financial obligation in time. Causing a headache as we had a contingency on another property. Stan stayed positive and kept us motivated while we had to put our house back on the market for another month. Stan also helped deal with the sellers of our contingent contract and got an extension giving us the extra time we needed to sell our home. The market is slow but we were very close getting our target sale price that Stan gave us. Thank You Stan! We are on to our next adventure.
