Renee listened to my list of needs and wishes and was careful to look for and screen out homes that did not meet the needs and was attentive to look for homes that also met the wish list. Once I did agree to the relocation, Renee was already knowledgeable of my wants and has been very helpful in showing homes that she had helped us find as well as working with us on homes we asked to see even though they did not meet the original need and wish list. When we did find a home we liked, Renee dutifully worked to help us negotiate a reasonable deal. Renee has also assisted with references to contractors and other service providers for work we looking to have done to the house. I would use Renee again. I am very happy with the work and follow up she provided. Where some agents were not as willing to spend time working with us when we were 'just looking', before choosing to relocate Renee stepped up and was willing. Renee also 'listened' to the client instead of 'pushing' to get a sale. I recommend Renee. She's a good lady and a good RE Agent.
