MaryAnn knows her realty market, was patient and professional in helping us find a home and in helping us sell the previous home. She kept us updated on where we were in the process and reminded us when various requirements were due. Throughout the whole process she was an enthusiastic, encouraging presence in our lives.

We came in from Texas looking for land over a fairly large geographical area. Jose did not pressure us, but was always responsive to any questions we had. When responding to calls or emails, he either answered us immediately or gave us a time that he would call back, and most importantly he did what he said he would do. Jose was in our corner!
