Allie and Johnny are an exceptional real estate team whose expertise and dedication made our home-buying and selling experience seamless. Faced with the difficult decision of whether to renovate our current home or relocate, they provided invaluable guidance every step of the way. Their commitment to our needs was evident in their willingness to accommodate every property showing we requested and their unwavering availability, ensuring we felt supported at all times. Having previously purchased our first home with Allie, it was a privilege to work with both Allie and Johnny on the sale of that home and the purchase of our dream property. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their clients set them apart, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Johnny and Allie are an amazing team. Both are hard-working and very knowledgeable in their field. This was my second time working with Johnny - once to buy and then to sell. Selling the house wasn't part of the plans. However, life threw me a curve ball, and given the circumstances, I needed to be out of the house rather quickly. Allie and Johnny were very present and guided me through every step. They both worked around the clock to make sure this process was as stress-free as possible for me. Their hard work and professionalism are unmatched. Once I called Johnny and told him I needed to sell the house, he and Allie had it listed within 2 weeks and sold it 5 days later. I was sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful home, but life as we know it doesn't always go according to plan. I'm very thankful to have had Johnny and Allie by my side throughout this whole process as I wouldn't have been able to get through it without them.

Johnny and his team are the best in the business. Strong negotiators, detailed oriented and great overall communication - I’ll never work with anyone else.
