573 real estate agents in Washington County

I bought this house from Cathy 23 years ago. When i decided to sell, I made a bee line back to ask her to sell it. Sell it she did! In less than a week! :-) Everything from beginning to end was handled smoothly, professionally, and with no hiccups along the way. Don't trouble yourself with going to any other agent in the Hagerstown / Washington County area. It'll be a waste your time. Cathy will give you a fair, accurate and honest listing price. Rather selling or buying, just go hire her already! Her son, toby sold me the house I bought in chambersburg...Cathy does not have a PA real estate license....Toby was every bit as competent, helpful and professional has his mother.....she taught him well!! First time home buyer and possibly will be the best experience I will have. I would hope that there will be more experiences like this but this set the bar. The amounts of effort honestly and care to my specific wants in a home I really appreciate everything she has done for me and my family. A great introduction and face for the company name. Again I appreciate everything and mostly importantly thanks to the beautiful soul Rose.

This team was professional and very attentive to our needs. Derrick, our agent was very knowledgeable about properties and was able to find a great property very quickly. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Susan is thoughtful and caring, as though she’s selling her own home. She’s a good communicator and provides insight and information to allow you to make your own decisions.
