I bought this house from Cathy 23 years ago. When i decided to sell, I made a bee line back to ask her to sell it. Sell it she did! Don't trouble yourself with going to any other agent in the Hagerstown / Washington County area. It'll be a waste your time. Cathy will give you a fair, accurate and honest listing price. Rather selling or buying, just go hire her already! Her son, toby sold me the house I bought in chambersburg...Cathy does not have a PA real estate license....Toby was every bit as competent, helpful and professional has his mother.....she taught him well!!
