Working with Cynda was great. If I had any question she answered right away and was very professional in her answers and her work ethics. My husband and I both had Covid right when our place sold and we were both very sick, Cynda worked to get us 3 month to close to give us time to get things done. Also, Cynda and her husband helped us a lot getting things packed up and cleaned up to be moved out on a certain date. If it wasn't for Cynda our sale would have never went through.

We have worked with several agents and Joel by far worked the hardest to get our house sold. He was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. He dealt with the tenant move out, cleaning and repairs that were necessary.
