I contacted John and he got right down to business. We met, looked at the property, and when I was ready put in an offer with no pressure towards me. It was a very smooth experience that I look forward to doing again as I grow my real estate portfolio.

Raederle Swanson and Elizabeth Bendinelli at Bendinelli Group are the best! They were able to sell my properties here in Spokane when no one else could. I had tried to sell them myself, I had tried another realtor and after two years I had gotten nowhere. The experience was so different with Raederle and Elizabeth. They are both honest, straight-forward and trustworthy. They took care of all the details and found solutions when problems arose. Communication with them was easy and they always addressed my questions or concerns quickly. And - they sold both my properties within a year! Give Raederle Swanson or Elizabeth Bendinelli at Bendinelli Group a call - they will work hard for you.
