Was up to the task of both selling and buying at the same time. Great customer service

Buying a home in this market wasn’t easy, but Kris made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience and courtesy, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and never pressuring us to settle. Her honesty and commitment to our happiness stood out in every interaction. She worked tirelessly to find the right fit, often going above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and cared for at every step. Thanks to her dedication, we found a home we absolutely love. I can’t recommend Kris highly enough!

Noemi is extremely on top of things, looking ahead to prevent issues. Paperwork is explained and sent ahead of time for your review (allowing ample time to really look at it). She is creative in problem solving, never giving up. And she is the sweetest lady ever. Noemi is an all around excellent realtor, you will be impressed!
