This most recent parcel had a number of unique qualities that required a lot of thought and preparation on my part and followup from Kristy. Discussions took place over a period of years in preparation to list this property. Kristy was very patient and understanding. Kristy kept detailed and accurate notes from start to finish. She researched comparable properties to recommend values each time I listed a property with her. (Five parcels over a period of 16 years) Her knowledge and experience in real estate in Mason County over the years has provided her with exceptional understanding of the local real estate market. She also has built a solid network of reliable contacts that she can refer to property owners to help improve aspects of properties that will provide a better sales opportunity. Kristy is friendly, professional, caring and considerate. She always returned calls and messages promptly paying attention to all details. Her verbal and written communication skills are excellent! She always negotiated effectively with all parties to achieve the very best outcome, understanding the needs of both buyer and seller. Based upon the 16 years that I have had the privilege of listing properties with Kristy, I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat as the 'Best of the Best.' She goes far above and beyond what is expected...she goes the extra mile. On a scale of one to five, Kristy deserves a solid 10!

Kristy was consistent and persistent working to help our unique home sell. We live out of state and she made several trips to our home to check on it and make sure it was presentable. We felt she did a great job for us.

It was a pleasure to work with Kristy. She is a very likeable, down to earth person with a deep understanding of the Mason County Real Estate market. My wife and I owned an older investment property that was a difficult sell. Kristy helped us work through the challenges and this ultimately resulted in a great outcome. We are grateful for her expertise, persistence and communiciation throughout the process!

Absolutely love Kris. Kris response to questions in a very timely manner. Great market knowledge and very professional. Really easy to talk to. Kris has a great way of making you feel very comfortable, which means a lot when you’re trying to sell a house. I need to feel I can trust the person I’m dealing with and I would definitely use Kris again.

Nichole is responsive and knowledgeable about the market. She helped me sell my house over the summer. She has been my realtor through the last two homes I have owned and sold. I will use her again when I decide to buy again. She is professional when communicating and she negotiated a great price for the house to sell fast, which is what I wanted. She is an absolute delight to work with.

Easy to work with. Made the move quick and simple.
