Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with in the search and purchase of our new home. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help us with finding exactly what we wanted. She was very fast and proficient in the handling of everything that was involved in the whole process. Kelly was also very friendly as well as professional throughout the whole process.

Working with Melanie Newcomb as our realtor was an absolute game-changer. Selling two homes simultaneously while trying to purchase a new one is inherently stressful, but we faced an extraordinary wave of wild, unexpected hurdles along the way that truly tested the process. Through every single twist, turn, and last-minute emergency, Melanie handled everything with absolute grace, poise, and unwavering professionalism. Whenever complications arose, she didn't just manage them—she stepped in with immediate intervention, taking the weight off our shoulders and solving problems before they could derail our timeline. Beyond her incredible competence, what stood out most was her courtesy and dedication. She kept us informed, advocated fiercely for our best interests, and remained a calm, reassuring anchor during a genuinely chaotic real estate journey. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, highly responsive, and exceptionally capable realtor who will go above and beyond when the unexpected happens, we cannot recommend Melanie Newcomb highly enough! I am fortunate to also call her my friend.
