Jake did a great job working with us and around our schedule and working hard to make sure we had plenty of time scheduled to look at each property thoroughly. He was always quick to find out any and all information to properly answer any questions we had. Jake was patient with us, whether it was dealing with my husband and myself and 3 children viewing a house or all 5 of us plus my family. He recognized the value of family to us and that finding the right house was about space for our family and location to extended family. Jake was awesome at rolling with us through all the ups and downs of buying our first house in a crazy housing market!

I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process. We even talked about the anxiety I had about unknowns for going through the home buying process. And when it came time to actually look at houses, Neil was very accommodating. I truly felt represented. Between him and my loan agent, this was a very low anxiety experience for me. Neil deserves credit for a significant portion of this really positive outcome.
