Jake did a great job working with us and around our schedule and working hard to make sure we had plenty of time scheduled to look at each property thoroughly. He was always quick to find out any and all information to properly answer any questions we had. Jake was patient with us, whether it was dealing with my husband and myself and 3 children viewing a house or all 5 of us plus my family. He recognized the value of family to us and that finding the right house was about space for our family and location to extended family. Jake was awesome at rolling with us through all the ups and downs of buying our first house in a crazy housing market!

Jake is fantastic. We were new to the Chehalis/Centralia market and from the moment we first met Jake we felt comfortable, respected and taken care of. We've worked with numerous agents over the past few years, so we know what makes a great agent. What we most appreciated about Jake is that he both listened to us, as well as offered up with knowledge on the area. Every question we asked he there to answer us and reassure us. I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process. We even talked about the anxiety I had about unknowns for going through the home buying process. And when it came time to actually look at houses, Neil was very accommodating. We had great, frank conversations about things I should be looking for. After seeing a handful of houses, I decided I wanted to look in a nearby town and Neil did not bat an eye. I found a few places that I wanted to see and we spent an afternoon looking. One of those places is what I ended up buying. I'm so happy with how amazing Neil was to work with and how much knowledge he has about the process. He is an excellent negotiator and I KNOW he was advocating for me through the whole process. I truly felt represented. Between him and my loan agent, this was a very low anxiety experience for me. Neil deserves credit for a significant portion of this really positive outcome.
