Kathy went above and beyond for us from the initial interview and walk thru to the signing of the closing docs. Had excellent suggestions for staging. From the time the listing went live until we had a great offer was less than 24 hours. She really knows how to negotiate and she got us a great price for our home. She and her husband even helped us move! We have never had an agent that worked so hard for us. We will never use anyone else.

First time buying a home and I had a million questions. Ryan would get back to me almost instantly and explained every process when I asked. Incredibly nice and professional. If you are using the VA loan he knows all the processes and procedures. When I am ready to upgrade, invest, or simply move a cross town it’s nice knowing I just have to find another home, I won’t have to find another realtor. Thank you for everything Ryan!
Buyer of 302 Mossyrock Road West, Mossyrock
My experience with Ryan as my realtor was nothing but professionalism from start to finish. He did an incredible job of explaining everything & I was able to close on my home. He was completely transparent with me from start to finish. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Terrific experience overall.
Seller of 920 Ace Avenue Southwest, Castle Rock
Ryan was always made sure we understood every part of the process. He would even take time out if his day to come explain in person. He went above and beyond to help us finish some small task before we listed the property. Definitely will be using Ryan when we start looking to buy property.

Seller of 1436 Derby Ln SE, Tumwater
I consider myself fortunate to have Amanda as my agent. She is professional, experienced, caring, and highly responsive. I never felt pressured to make an offer. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the processes. I would definitely use her again in the future and have already recommended her to a friend who is looking to move.

Buyer of 5602 Acclamation St E, Fife
As a first time home buyer, I feel grateful for having a patient and fun real estate agent to work with. Amanda assisted me in narrowing down my search criteria and I was able to find the perfect sized cute house in Fife! :D I had a ton of questions and Amanda encouraged me to ask anything (there's no such thing as silly questions- you're buying a house!). Amanda is very knowledgeable about house structures and is very honest about the issues she spots even before the house inspection. I also appreciated her directness about meeting deadlines and being realistic with what I want with my budget :) ~ Samri B from Fife, WA
