She helped us decide which repairs were needed to the home to get the very most out of it. Things we thought we should do she said would have no impact on the price we would get and she gave us excellent suggestions of what was needed. We took her advice and even though the market had started to shift to being a little slower, she still got us top dollar for our home. Her customer service and marketing is over the top! I would highly recommend her and her team. She's been doing this a long time, she knows what she is doing and her professionalism is off the charts. Highly recommend!
