We used Jenah Mahan as our realtor for the purchase of our home in Yelm, Washington back in 2014. She did a great job at that time, so we called her again when we were ready to sell the home in the Fall of 2017. As we experienced previously, Jenah was very quick to respond to any questions we had via email, text and/or telephone from the moment we contacted her to list the home to the close of escrow. When we listed our home, we had four offers within several days. When the first offer fell through, Jenah called others back to see if they were still interested, and we were able to close escrow before our son moved out of the area. We would definitely recommend Jenah to friends or family!

We had a really tricky closing. It was a mix of Covid, VA loan, and a few other factors. We had a hard time with our loan officer and had to change at the end of the process. Isaac really made everything happen. He made sure the sellers stayed on board. He found and fixed mistakes the loan officer made and personally went out and got well samples when the loan officers dropped the ball and let us know we needed things last minute after they told us more than once everything was done. The only thing that went right is Isaac and his pushing to fix everything. Great realtor. I'd definitely recommend him!
