We finished our third transaction with Kimber and Bryce over the weekend - my husband and I cannot say enough good things about working with these two! They are always responsive, on time, helpful and kind. Last minute showings, late nights trying to get offers in/accepted, and helping with the general real estate anxieties that come up throughout a transaction are just a few things you can count on while working with them. If you need an agent in Pierce or King county, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Bryce and Kimber!

We had such a great experience working with Gentry! Through the whole time we were working together Gentry was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable, supportive, compassionate and negotiated a great deal for us! We would highly recommend Gentry to anyone who starts their journey of buying or selling a house!

We had a rental that was completely trashed and Dawn and her team were so helpful before listing, during listing and even my follow up questions after closing. She helped us decide which repairs were needed to the home to get the very most out of it. Things we thought we should do she said would have no impact on the price we would get and she gave us excellent suggestions of what was needed. We took her advice and even though the market had started to shift to being a little slower, she still got us top dollar for our home. Her customer service and marketing is over the top! I would highly recommend her and her team. She's been doing this a long time, she knows what she is doing and her professionalism is off the charts. Highly recommend!
