Tammie is the only agent I will deal with we trust her to make any decision on real estate. We will also follow her advice on anything. Basically, we let her make all the decisions. She always calls and askes us if it is ok to do this or that, when she knows the answer, but she always checks with us. She has always been very trustworthy and honest and has become our very good friend and has become one of a few people that I can say I truly trust.

We had a rental that was completely trashed and Dawn and her team were so helpful before listing, during listing and even my follow up questions after closing. She helped us decide which repairs were needed to the home to get the very most out of it. Things we thought we should do she said would have no impact on the price we would get and she gave us excellent suggestions of what was needed. We took her advice and even though the market had started to shift to being a little slower, she still got us top dollar for our home. Her customer service and marketing is over the top! I would highly recommend her and her team. She's been doing this a long time, she knows what she is doing and her professionalism is off the charts. Highly recommend!
