She was always available, answered our questions quickly, yet gave us the space we needed. Kim McCartney is worth every penny of her commission. She has an excellent photographer, does drone video when needed, advertises all over in and out of state. Her behind the scenes activity is awesome and she reached so many people with the listing.

She provided feedback on features of houses that may not be what we thought they were at first glance. She guided us through the offer stage. She knows her stuff and helped make sure our offer was accepted. And she had all the contacts for inspection, side sewer, and appraisers on hand.
