I needed a realtor to work with me through probate and be my right hand to get an estate sale ready for market. Hiring contractors and handymen to get the property fully ready to hit the market in tip top shape. If that wasn’t enough Rob paid the hired help out of his own pocket until the property closed. This was a mixed review between Terry and Paula Clark. Paula was major during initial timeframe due to Terry health issue. It was extended due to the market. The buyers pulled out and came back as soon as resolved the contingency. Both Terry and Paula were right there for info and support over 3-4 months. Good advice!
