He was available early mornings and late at night prioritizing and negotiating on my behalf. He guided and educated me of all the things that can go wrong or right. Most of all, at his fingertips he had all the connection to recommend anyone relating to a Real Estate sale, with whom I have been very satisfied with the outcome. We had a really tricky closing. It was a mix of Covid, VA loan, and a few other factors. We had a hard time with our loan officer and had to change at the end of the process. Isaac really made everything happen. He made sure the sellers stayed on board. He found and fixed mistakes the loan officer made and personally went out and got well samples when the loan officers dropped the ball and let us know we needed things last minute after they told us more than once everything was done. The only thing that went right is Isaac and his pushing to fix everything. Great realtor. I'd definitely recommend him!
