Craig is an awesome guy! He always kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns, and helped us actually understand the selling/buying process and all the jargon by taking the time to explain it in normal person language. When looking at houses he kept us aware of things that would or might need to be fixed and even offered up names of places that could help if the occasion came up. One of the best qualities, in my opinion, would be how you could literally just talk to Craig like you've known him for years.
