This was a mixed review between Terry and Paula Clark. Paula was major during initial timeframe due to Terry health issue. It was extended due to the market. The buyers pulled out and came back as soon as resolved the contingency. Both Terry and Paula were right there for info and support over 3-4 months. Good advice!

Nikki is the best! She was always generous with her time and gave us honest, straight-forward information, but also let us explore the properties ourselves. We never felt rushed during our home search and always felt valued. When we did find 'our' home, she explained the whole process to us and was ALWAYS reachable. She attended inspections and walk-throughs with us and kept us notified of all deadlines. She continues to be available for any questions or advice and always asks how she can help!
