My wife and I have known David Ramey for over thirty (30) years and he is one of the most honest people I know. David is also the most knowledgeable real estate person I have ever met. He is always doing research into the properties that are available and he studies and researches the real estate laws for changes and how they might impact you and the real estate market. Most of all he has an ardent desire in caring for people. We sold a house through Zillow and David helped my wife and me through the entire selling process by monitoring what to look for, keeping the Zillow ad to the point, be truthful, consider buying agents to bring clients to the house (this is how we actually sold our house…great suggestion!), and not to over color the selling points. He did this on his own without compensation because we had never sold on Zillow before; we are incredibly grateful! Even though he is highly intelligent and knowledgeable, he always explains things in a way you can understand. He had to do that especially for me…maybe four or five times! He is honest, patient, and kind. We would recommend David Ramey for all real estate transactions.
