Finding our forever home took two years. We were blessed to have Julian's guidance during our search. Julian took the time to truly understand us - our lifestyle, our love of nature and what would make a house feel like home to us. When Julian texted me "This is the one", I knew that he had found it. His patience, professionalism ,dedication, intuition and his sense of humor- made all the difference. We are beyond grateful and would unreservedly recommend him! He is the best!

Julian and his team were ideal to work with. As first time sellers we were completely new to the process, and really appreciated the extra education, guidance and support offered. Julian helped us do everything we could to get our best offer. He is very well connected and knew who to contact to help prepare the house fast and professionally. He handled the negotiation and closing process with professionalism and grace even when dealing with some unexpected setbacks, and ultimately was able to get our full asking price. It was our best case scenario for navigating the challenging process of selling a home.

Julian helped me buy my dream property! We worked on the deal for almost a year and we were able to put something together. He knew both parties in the transaction and was an amazing person to facilitate the deal. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Very responsive. I highly recommend Julian.
