This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. He was very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying.

We met Don when we decided on the spur of the moment to view a Birch Bay listing from the Zillow app. It was the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, and we didn’t think that there would be an agent available during the holiday. Don greeted us, explained the particulars of the property and the local community, and then showed us the house. We enjoyed his approach, never felt pressured, and walked away with the information needed to make an offer. Don worked with us to make the offer, then helped us source the bridge and final financing. It was a sale that was done in a short amount of time, made more difficult by circumstances outside of Don’s control. He made us aware of these issues, always providing us with the path to be taken to finalize the sale. He was always available, professional and knowledgeable in a very cordial and reassuring manner. I gladly recommend Don as an agent. Please understand that Diane and I were a bit out to sea on this adventure as this was the second house that we have purchased, the first being 36 years ago.
