So this was my first time buying a house and really didn’t know what to do or how to do it, and frances made everything ok. Frances did the hard work if I started to worry about something she would say don’t stress or worry that’s My job. She makes sure she knows her clients to get them exactly what they want. I would recommend her to anyone she is amazing!!!!

Sarah is the go-to realtor on Center Island, WA. She lives on nearby Decatur Island (and I'm certain she has plenty of knowledge there too, but our experience was purchasing on Center). She was able to give us accurate information about the infrastructure of this unique community and had good insight into the way members handle certain challenges of living on an island not serviced by Washington State Ferries. The transaction itself was seamless and her referrals to local service providers were excellent. We couldn't be happier with our new home and would recommend Sarah highly to anyone purchasing a home in the San Juan Islands - she's a fantastic realtor and very responsive!
