Janet was outstanding. On the listing, she was very knowledgeable of the market. She made some recommendations of things to do to the house to make it show well and promote the property. She also hired a photographer who took wonderful pictures of our home and surroundings! Once the deal was done, she guided us on the proper way to fill out the contract and followed through with all needed items. Thanks to Janet, we had a quick and easy sale!
