Real estate can be a simple transaction between a buyer and seller at face value. What Savannah has done for my family cannot be encompassed so simply. We have been trying to get Washington state for two years. Last year, I reached out to Savannah after conducting an online search for a professional who I hoped could understand my family’s needs. She responded quickly. Unfortunately, selling my house at my then current location was proving to be far difficult than expected. What I had hoped would take days to sell my home turned into weeks, months and then almost a year. Savannah never ever gave up on my family’s needs. She stayed in constant contact. When we finally got around to finding a buyer for our current home, Savannah jumped into action and took us on numerous virtual tours to find a new one. Along the way, she helped calm our nerves and steady our focus when our bids didn’t go our way. She never gave up. Finally, we found a house, put an offer and to now sit here in it as I type this review is a surreal and emotional feeling. She never gave up on us. Savannah is not only an amazing realtor. To my family, she is that and so much more.

Savanah was referred to me by a friend. Thank goodness!! She went above and beyond as an agent. She was able to assist me when I was out of the area and helped me with getting the home in sellable condition! She referred me to handyman to remove trash and take up carpet that needed replaced. She also hired a contractor to do some necessary repairs both in electrical and carpentry. They did great work and in a very timely manner. I also had a pipe burst and she was able to assist in calling the city to have it shut off and repair the damage. Selling a home in the area that I was selling was very challenging and she worked hard and found the right buyer for the area! I will hire Savanah again in my real estate ventures!

Savannah hired someone to clean the house when I couldn't and helped me avoid foreclosure. She went above and beyond to help me get from underneath the house.

Mindy previously helped us with a sale and purchase. We were so pleased and impressed with her that we didn't consider anyone else to assist with our investment purchase. Mindy and the team's knowledge and experience were critical to our success in a hot market and desirable area. Without them we would not have secured the property. Mindy is always a kind, caring, consummate professional. Every question and concern was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Mindy's negotiation skills are invaluable. The team is extraordinary, start to finish, outstanding. Thank you for making it happen.

Mindy doesn't simply have experience but true expertise in what she does. As a buyer I always felt prioritized and very well cared for. And now that the transactions done I can still reach out to Mindy and receive a warm, friendly and timely response. 5/5 every day of the week.

Mindy has helped us with purchasing and selling a home. She is the best there is!
