Tamara Dowd represented my wife Judy and me on the sale of two pieces of property one of which was our primary residence and the other which was a piece of vacant land. The two pieces of property were sold together as one transaction. The transaction was complex due to the location of the properties as well as the multiple Parcel nature of the sale.
