Carol's advice regarding some repairs and updates we needed to make prior to listing were spot on. Carol and her team did a fantastic job of staging the home (so much so that the buyers wanted to buy some of the furniture and other furnishings along with the home!) and it looked absolutely beautiful, modern, and upscale.
