Pauline is very knowledgeable about what it takes to do her job. On top of that, she is a professional, friendly, considerate and caring. She understood what we needed for our home to sell. Not only sell but to get the maximum price! Following her advice, we took care of all the repairs and updating essentials to showcase our home for our Open House! Her technique to maximize potential buyers was to only have the Open House for 2 1/2 days, half a day Sunday, Monday and all offers by the end of Tuesday.
