Carlos was fantastic to work with and guide us through the overwhelming process that is home buying. Except he didn’t just help us buy a home but he also helped us sell our home. In a market that homes are rapidly selling it was quite the task to perfectly time the selling of our home and purchasing of a new home. Not to mention it was October and we were hoping to be in our new home before the holidays! Carlos did this seamlessly. He helped us through prepping our home for sale, navigating through the multiple offers we received, through the inspection request and the mountain of paperwork. All while helping us view many many homes until we found the perfect one. Carlos was very responsive and communicative to the point where we thought we were his only clients. Little did we know he had multiple clients he was assisting. In reaching out to Carlos in October, he helped us sell our home by Dec 8th and in our new one on Dec 10th!
