My wife and I bought our very first house with Madison. At first it seemed like a very daunting endeavor. Madison was with us every step of the way. He took the time to answer all our questions, even the ones we asked over and over. He was very attentive and quick to respond. Madison found us the perfect location in a great neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Madison is a great guy and a professional realtor. We would highly reccomend him to anyone.

she is really amazing, attentive, communicative and always willing to help you and answer your questions. I am very satisfied with having chosen her, I recommend her

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mary Ammons as both our listing and buyers agent, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mary sold our home in Wake Forest almost immediately after it was listed and guided us through multiple offers to choose the best one. At the same time, she also worked with us as our buyers agent—listening closely to our needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and showing us homes that were a perfect fit. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to make a winning offer and close on both our sale and purchase on the same day! Mary kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, explaining what to expect at each step on both sides of the transaction. She went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic inspector, mortgage officer, and other trusted professionals, making it a seamless, full-service experience. Most of all, she cared for us like a good friend—always approachable, thoughtful, and looking out for our best interest. We highly recommend Mary Ammons if you’re looking to sell your current home or purchase your next one. She’s truly exceptional at what she does!
