I reached out to Tracy concerned that as a small business owner, I would have trouble getting financing in the current market. She already knew of a a lender with the knowledge and expertise to get me pre-approved. She made the home search easy, not pushing anything on me, but was available to show me all of the houses I was interested in within the same day. Once I decided on a home, she was able to negotiate a strong offer, scheduled all of the necessary inspections, and kept in constant contact with me and my lender to insure a smooth transaction. I could not be happier with Tracy’s hard work, and despite knowing that I wasn't her only client at the time, it always felt like it.
