I had a slight advantage that I was not under the time pressure many people have when they move - so we had time to look, and Mouse kept an ear to the ground the whole time, waiting for the right property to show up. He really helped me think through the pros and cons of each property, and warned me when he saw red flags that I didn't know to look for. In the end, I got a house that checked off pretty much everything on my wish list, a quality house, in a great neighborhood, at a great price! The inspection and closing process were so smooth.
