About 10 years ago, we were getting ready to sell our townhouse and we were put in touch with Wes. He was organized, astute, and great to work with. Following his advice and suggestions, we prepared our house for sell. Thanks to a set of unanticipated issues that caught all of by surprise, Wes not only sold our house in a few days the first time, but did it again the second time! THAT was impressive. He was on top of things and a true pro in dealing with the situation. That is what makes Wes so incredible: faced with a situation that would flummoxed most agents (it did us!), dealt with it, sorted it out, kept us informed, and provided guidance that was spot on. When faced with a real "challenge," Wes proved that he was truly a PROFESSIONAL. When we made the decision to move back to the area, Wes was our choice thanks to our previous experience. Now on the buyer side of the equation, we benefited from the years of experience and knowledge that Wes has developed regarding the market. It was easily the best home-buying experience that we enjoyed. Wes listened to us, thought about it, and pointed to properties that were exactly what we were thinking about. Plus, with his guidance and suggestions, the purchase went very smoothly. It is difficult to praise Wes highly enough. His personality, experience, knowledge, and, yes, wisdom, make Wes Stearns exceptional. With Wes in your corner, you are literally working with The Best.

Kevin was a good and thorough realtor who was tentative to customer's details and needs. Also Kevin was very pleasant and willing to go extra steps outside the norm to serve customers like myself without charge, just joking :-)). He always made sure that our needs/wants were covered along with suggestions to make our house searching process less stressful and more enjoying.
