Cynthia also worked with us closely on option selections, answering all our questions or concerns expeditiously. Cynthia showed an abundance of knowledge about the complete build process, the remote closing process and any other concerns we had. We felt very confident in Cynthia’s ability to look out for the best interests of not only the builder but us as well. We trusted her judgment and guidance during the entire process.
