First at all I will like to thanks to the good Lord in putting in our way an excellent Realtor Representative Ms. Pender, who’s since day one was willing to go more than the extra mile with us. She helped, assisted, advised, and provided excellent opinions to us in order to make our final decisions on what to choose in terms of colors, floors, etc… for our new Home. Ms. Pender always was on top of all the coordinations and information providing good effective guidance and updates at all times. She also was present in assisting us in all type of different inspections and walkthrough conducted on our new home writing notes of every details found including photos as well for the record and also was there when you need her for any kind of clarifications that might pop-up at the last minute during the process. She is a kind of person that never give up to any situation finding a solution to resolve/fix the issues. She was present at the closing date supporting us to go thru the entire process for any last minute detail. She is a person who can be trust keeping confidential any information discussed between Buyer and Realtor. I will highly recommend Ms. Pender for her Knowledge, Professionalism, Competence and the Great Work well done! Thank you one more time and it was our Great pleasure to work hand to hand with one of the Best Realtor that I have ever met. God Bless!

Ana has all these qualities and more to assists you with your perfect home sell or purchase: Intelligent Patient Understanding Kind Ana found my family of five the perfect home! Ana showed us what was available in the market and was available on the spot for that perfect home. If I did not choose Ana, I would have less of a home because she brings attention to being a navigator negotiator, and friendly realtor. She is really the best and my family will always be appreciative of our time we had with her looking for that home we could stay in forever. My kids thought she was Ana from the movie frozen!! :)

Best experience I have ever had with a realtor. Shannon actually found our house after seeing what we liked. Because she took the time to discover what we liked and were looking for, we were able to see our house the morning it came on the market. I would absolutely recommend Shannon above all others!
