I have dealt with six real estate transactions/8 agents. Of those, Sarah is one of two that I would rate as excellent. She was very responsive to my needs, professional, and did a great job helping me buy a house. She also went "above and beyond" in several areas. 1. She was highly focused... windowed down the houses to see based on my criteria. She did not waste my (or her time) showing me house outside my interest area (unlike a few realtors in the past). Made excellent use of my time. 2. I was not in town for the final turnover so she did the walk thru. She even cleaned up the bathroom the last owners movers had made a mess of, thru their using the facilities after the owner turned of the water early. (Frankly, that was FAR above the level of service I would ever expect.) 3. There was one small error made in the process and when she discovered it, she resolved it quickly, at her own cost, without raising any issues I would have to deal with. I was impressed with her actions to find out what the issue was and resolve it. 4. When I lost my paperwork she went above and beyond trying to locate the paperwork, and when that failed, making sure I got new copies from the title company.
