It was good to see so many people interested the home and that it was constantly showing. Judy facilitated all the inspection, certificate, appraisal, etc. requirements and kept us informed throughout the process. As a first-time seller, I'm very happy with the closing price and the entire experience working with Judy. She is personable, knowledgable and was very much a pleasure to work with.
