Becky was instrumental in recommending and arranging third party vendors for the extensive clean-out and other preparations that were necessary to prepare the property for the sales listing. She provided onsite management of these various services when I was unable to be there in person. She interacted appropriately with the realtors of potential buyers that resulted in obtaining a contract in a time frame that exceeded my expectations.
