Robyn was so helpful and knowledgeable about neighborhoods that fit what we were looking for! She was also incredibly helpful in guiding us on getting our house market ready. Our house was listed for less than 72 hours before we had multiple offers. She helped us navigate the offers, choose the best option and negotiate the terms of the contract. Robyn also helped us to negotiate the best deal possible on our new house. Throughout the whole process she was always available for questions and was very responsive. She stayed on top of the negotiation of both contracts and caught errors before they became issues. As far as we are concerned, we are in our “forever home,” however, if that status changes, we will absolutely call Robyn to be our realtor!! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
