She even gave me insight to some unethical things that she found my Buyers Agent was saying to me. While my unrelated home sale overseas was fraught with issues (my Realtor was not communicating and I almost lost a buyer), Anne ensured that my purchase in Virginia stayed within the timeline. She was on it when it came to the home inspection & she also recommended a handyman for the seller to use when it came to a few things the VA appraiser wanted done. She really worked on my behalf. When an issue came up with a neighbors fence encroaching on the property I was buying, she was at the table asking our attorney questions that I hadn't thought of.
